A former bookstore—Shelf Indulgence Used Book Cafe—is transformed into Comptoir—The Counter Café, a new French cafe opening Oct. 5 at 2805 N. Tamiami Trail in Indian Beach Plaza near Olive Eats and The Mable Bar and Grill.
It will offer sandwiches, crepes, pastries and locally roasted coffee.
