Every Saturday, join us for a wellness workshop at the American Legion Post 159 in Venice, FL. On the first Saturday of the month, join us for yoga with Annmarie. On the second and third Saturday, recharge with Qi Gong. On the fourth Saturday, enjoy yoga with Beth.
Completely free for veterans, and no registration is required. Just remember to bring a yoga mat if you have one!
