About this event
Females of all ages are welcome at this inclusive weekly workshop. We identify and workshop the goals of all participants, and we all work together so that everyone gets what they need out of this time. This is also a good time to ask questions about being a female in the male-dominated sport of jiu-jitsu or about defending oneself and building confidence out in the world.
